Our History
Founded in May 2022 by Robert Waruiru, FCPA (K) and Carol Kariuki, Ichiban was created to close a critical market gap: helping small and growing businesses optimize costs through smarter tax solutions.
The name Ichiban, a Japanese word meaning “number one” or “first”, reflects our commitment to excellence, leadership and being the trusted first choice for our clients.
